What data is collected?

Your privacy is important. The Mobile application "Garden BoB" is not designed to collect any personal data. The Application has a "Send an image" feature that allows the user to send an image anonymously to the Application developer. No personal data is collected. No data about the device or user is collected.

What can I do to protect personal data?

It is very important you protect your privacy and the privacy of others. Do not including any personal information, people or faces in the images.

How are the images used?

The images are used to "train" the algorithm used in Applications. Before the images can be used to do this the images are sorted using existing algorithms. Results may be manually checked and corrected by the developer who will view the images. When an image is found that is not relevant to the training it is deleted. The resulting updated algorithm may be used in an automatic update to the Application or in new releases of Applications by the developer.

Are the images distrusted or sold?

Images will not be distributed or sold. The algorithm in the Application and update does not contain any of the images used in its creation.

How is the owner's copyright affected?

The developer is not asking for any rights to reproduce, distribute or sell the images sent by the Application. The ownership remains with the copyright holder. The user can therefore choose to send an image for which they do not have the copyright.
